1. Online Booking System of WJ Classifieds has what kind of functions?
Ad searching, Ad placing, Ad editing, Ad stopping and Ad renewing.
2. How to register in WJ Classifieds to place Classified Ads?
Please click “Placing Ad” in WJ Classifieds to go to the Online Booking System. Then, click “Register” to go to WJ Passport to register as a member. When the procedure is finished, you will get an email. Then, click the “Link” in the email to activate your account in the WJ Classifieds. Now, you will be directed to the Online Booking System to place the Ad.
3. How to place a Classified Ad in WJ Classifieds?
Please click “Placing Ad” in WJ Classifieds to go to the Online Booking System. Then, put your email address and password to login your account. Now, you can follow the steps to place your Ad.
4. What kind of Classified Ads can be placed in the Online Booking System?
You can place “Paper only”, “Paper+Web” or “Web only” Classified Ads.
5. When will my Classified Ad be on the Web?
If you place a “Web only” Ad, after inspection the Ad will be on the Web shortly.
If you place a “Paper+Web” Ad, after inspection the Ad will be on the Web at the same day of the newspaper Ad.
6. If choosing to place a “Paper+Web” Classified Ad, can the publication days and content be different?
No. The publication days and content of both paper and web ads must be the same. If you want them different, you have to place two different Ads.
7. Can I get the receipt of my payment?
Yes. After you finish placing an Ad you can click “Receipt” button at the bottom right hand corner, the system will send the receipt directly to your email box.
8. Why my Credit Card fails to pay?
There are a few situations that your Credit Card will be failed to pay. It may be due to the wrong Security Code or Zip Code; or the Card is declined. If you encounter the above situations, please input the right information again or contact your Bank for more details.
9. Do it involve a fee for uploading pictures or putting a hyperlink on the web?
Yes, 50¢ per day. Total fee will be shown in Step 6.
10. What can I do when I forget my password?
Please click “Placing Ad” in WJ Classifieds to go to the Online Booking System. Then, click “Forget your password?” and put your registered email address in the box. The System will send you the password by email.
11. How to change Ads and renew Ads?
Please login your account in the WJ Classifieds and click “My Orders”. Then, click “Search” and “Select” the order that you want to make the change. Then, click “Edit Order” to go to Step 6 to edit the Ad. You can change “Ad Category” or “Ad Content”. To renew an Ad, please click “Renew Order” and follow the steps to complete your order. No matter you want to change or to renew the Ad, you have to go to the last Step and “Upload Ad” to complete the procedure.
12. How can I stop the Ad while it is published?
If the Ad is published, you cannot cancel the Order. But you can stop the Ad. ATTN: No refund or credit for Ads stopping before the ending date.
Go to “My Orders” and “Select” the Order that you want to stop. Click “Edit Order” to go to Step 6 and choose to edit “Ad Date”. Then, you will go to Step 5. Click “Stop listing” and “Pick a stop date”. Then, follow the steps to the end and click “Upload Ad” to complete the procedure.
13. Can I cancel the Order that is not published?
If the Ad is published on the paper or web, you cannot cancel the Order. But you can stop the Ad. No refund or credit for Ads stopping before the ending date. If the Ad is not published, you have to contact our local office for refund.
14. How can I search Ads on the WJ Classifieds?
On the welcoming page of the WJ Classifieds, you can search the Ads by using “Region”, “Category” or “Keyword”.
- By “Region”: You can first search the Ads from 7 Regions(1. New York; 2. Washington DC, New England or vicinities; 3. South Eastern Area; 4. Central Area; 5. Northern California and vicinities; 6. Southern California and vicinities; 7. Canada), and select the related category to find the Ads.
- By “Category”: e.g. to choose “Real Estate For Sale” category, all ads from different areas under Real Estate For Sale will be shown on the list.
- By “Keyword”: to key in the related words in the box and start the searching.
